On March 3rd, Suzhou Campus Football Team, composed of students from Silk Road School and Sino-French Institute, was invited to participate in a football friendship match between Suzhou Campus and PLA SSF Information Engineering University.

The competition officially began at two o'clock in the afternoon. “Friendship first, competition second.” At the first half of the match, players on both sides tried their best to play as steadily as they can. As both sides got familiar with each other, they played more aggressively and worked more positively together to attack and defense, showing professional techniques. The game became a more exciting one.

But regrettably,our team was defeated due to lacking of practical training. However, everyone said that they enjoyed the game very much.And they warmly invited the Football Team of PLA SSF Information Engineering University to come to our pitch for another match.

The result of the match is not all about football. The essence of football lies not only in athletics, but also in strengthening physical fitness, cultivating the spirit of unity, cooperation and tenacious struggle.

The match broadens the channels of communication among Silk Road School, Sino-French Institute and PLA SSF Information Engineering University, promotes their friendship, further enhances the cohesion of international students between universities, and enriches the leisure life of students.
